These Earrings! 😍

Although I can’t see myself wearing these earrings all day, because they’re super heavy, they’re really cute! I use a plastic disc in the back to keep them up tight and in place. I’ll have to show y’all a pick sometime of these little discs. The earrings are all beaded and are absolutely stunning.

Pool Day ☀️

I hiked this morning and the humidity was so insane! After my hike, I lounged by the pool and then ate pizza and watched the Spurs! GSG! 🏀 Anyway, I have started using Sun Bum sunblock and I must say it is AMAZING! It’s a little pricey, but so worth it. It smells like a tropical heaven and is great for super sensitive skin, like mine.

The Cutest Dance Hall

I was at the cutest (seriously) dance hall last night. Diamond Rio played in a small, intimate setting. It wasn’t packed and you could actually dance on the dance floor. So much fun! I’d def come back here again. 

Oh, and on a vain and funny note, I was told last night that if there was a college class on head tilts when posing in pictures, I’d be the professor. 😂

As for my outfit, I went super simple. If you’re from Texas, you know that every Spring Mexico and South America do an agricultural burning and it causes hazy, humid, gross weather. Yes, it comes all the way up to Texas. So I went for a simple white dress, boots, and a statement necklace.

Isn’t it amazing when you sit back and think about the fact that everything God put on this Earth is for our enjoyment. Even people. I love, love, love my friends. And thank you, Lord, for all your work. I’m a huge fan.

I had so much fun last night! It’s the first time I’ve had a chance (in a while) to go out on a Saturday when I’m in town. 

I got invited to a ‘Wig Out,’ party, but I just wasn’t feeling that theme at all. So, I threw on this serape dress and headed out the door. 

The weather last night was perfect. Light breeze…mild temperature…humidity not too bad. 

Except for in the restroom! Geez, it was like 95% humidity and 98 degrees. Yuck! 

This dress is less than $16! And I love the cut. It’s flowy, but I don’t mind it. But last night I needed a defined waist, so I threw on a belt from another dress.
