I am extra petite, I love food, and I am passionate about animals. I am a teacher who loves to shop and I hold a degree in Art and Business.

Best Friend’s Birthday Dinner 

I’m not sure why I ever doubt it will be, I guess it’s because I’m human, but life is so good right now. 

We all go through rough patches, I suppose. But I prayed and prayed, asking for nothing but direction. I didn’t ask Him to solve anything for me or make anything happen. I just asked for Him to help guide me in the right direction. 

I literally woke up the next day and voilà! I felt like I just knew how to keep truckin’. And I haven’t looked back. 🛣 

Don’t you love a fresh start? Especially when it’s getting really good?

I get a lot of personal questions on IG and SC. I really don’t mind, because to this day, I’m shocked (and flattered) you guys even care about me, where I am, or what I’m doing. But one thing I can tell you…DO NOT compare yourself to anyone on the internet. Comparison is the thief   of joy. There will ALWAYS be someone younger, smarter, more beautiful, and more amazing than you. That doesn’t take away ANY of your glory, though. You are amazing! God made us in his likeness. And we all bring something amazing to the table. 

Society’s idea of beautiful, is not the say all, be all. We all offer so much. I’d be lying if I said I was never envious or jealous of someone else’s looks or figure, but I know, I am the way I am because I’m much more than my outward appearance. Remember that when you’re down or you’re comparing yourself to others. There is absolutely no comparison. You are absolutely beautiful and perfect in your own way. 

Pumpkin Patchin’ 🎃

It feels great outside and I feel great, too! I took a mini-break from my OOTD’s to travel this month with my friends. But I feel refreshed and I’m ready for Fall. 

These jeans, though. I keep wearing them. I’m so obsessed with them. I can’t wear them to work, because, hey, who would I be if I sent kids to the office for wearing jeans with holes and then here I go breaking the dress code. So, I wear them any chance I get outside of work. 

I’m really hoping this weather sticks around. It was really hard to have fall fashion inspiration when it was 92 degrees outside.
